SYDNEY youngster, Beneteau, was the big winner at today’s barrier draw for the $1 million Arrowfield Stud Blue Diamond Stakes, 1200m, to be run at Caulfield on Saturday.

The $1mn yearling purchase, which is unbeaten in two starts for trainer Paul Messara, drew barrier nine in the capacity field of 16 that will contest Victoria’s richest two-year-old race.

FORMER Toll Holdings chairman, Peter Rowsthorn, is selling his thoroughbred horse racing property, Wadham Park Nagambie, in central Victoria.

According to The Australian Financial Review, the move comes after Queensland Racing reneged on a deal to acquire Mr Rowsthorn's Gold Coast horse facility, also named Wadham Park, for $20 million.

RACING Victoria Limited (RVL) today released the 2010 jumps racing program following consultation with the Australian Jumps Racing Association (AJRA) and participating race clubs.
